Matt and Carlos were excellent! I had a leak in my bathroom They went over in detail of the work that needed to be done. They were in and out within an hour. They also suggested changing our very old shut off valve that has a leak. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Should I need another plumber? I will definitely call My Guy!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Only thing is i felt it was a bit expensive. $1400 for a 4 shut off valves that cost around $40 each and a new sink. 3 hours of work. Over $400 an hour seems a bit much but I haven't had plumbing work down in a while and i guess service inflation is in effect. I would recommend them and use them again, but you are gonna pay and need to have those expectations.

From the initial entry through to the final payment and cleanup, Tim provided the highest standard in professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and skill which is easily recognizable to me ; I know quality when I see it. My Buy plumbing came highly recommended to me by two friends and Tim did not disappoint. He is truly "my guy" for plumbing as a standard to achievement not often seen. PS Kenny also was a delight.

Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking relief valve and one zone seems to not be producing heat properly. Upon inspection found signs that the expansion tank had failed in result the relief valve began to leak. Recommend replacement of both safety features on the boiler. It appears the smaller 3/4” zone is not producing heat and the circulator pump is extremely hot indicating that it may be air bound. Recommend purging both zones to remove air before performing any further diagnostics. Replaced expansion tank, relief valve, and purged both zones. Tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Payment will be collected over the phone. Office gave permission.
Arrived on site and client stated their tub was not draining. Upon inspection the tub is draining fine but the lever on the overflow needs to be pushed in in order for the tub to drain. Left estimates to replace tub waste and overflow. Home is on a slab and wall must be cut open to gain access to tub waste and overflow.
Arrived on site to install new ice maker line and ice maker valve. Installed with line and valve and tested for leaks when done. Filled up a few cups of water and the icemaker is working as it should.
Arrived on site client stated their ice maker line was leaking. Upon inspection I noticed client had a saddle valve for the icemaker line and plastic tubing for the water. Gave estimates to replace valve and water line. Will return at a later date to complete work.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a backed up sewer main. Upon inspection found that the toilet is backing up and there is a cleanout underneath the flooring. Opened clean out and cleared blockage found some sort of separation on the outside cleanout that will need to be repaired otherwise the clogs with happen again. We will need cut out asphalt to make repair. Customer needs to contact the township to make sure the township is not responsible for the break after the cleanout. Customer also had an issue with water leaking through the wall opened the wall and found a broken sewer line. We will need open up the floor and replace the broken fitting. We are not responsible for Sheetrock or concrete. Recommend contacting Allstates restoration to clean out sewage and water.
Complete remodel under kitchen sink in Oakhurst Nj
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a kitchen drain clog. Upon inspection found that both bays of the sink were backing up and there was a leak on the drainage and there is an old garbage disposal that is not in use. Recommend jetting kitchen drain line, removing or replacing garbage disposal and repiping underneath kitchen sink to remove leak and to pipe it in properly without ferncos. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with jetting kitchen sink drain line and repiping underneath kitchen sink. Jetted kitchen sink and cleared blockage and repiped underneath kitchen sink.
Arrive on site customer stated that they would like to snake bathtub and heard about the $89 special. Upon inspection found the tub was clogged with hair sent down snake and removed hair. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no clogs at this time. Collect payment. Stopper was old and corroded and broke when removed customer does not use it anyway so we removed it as per his request and just put the overflow plate back.
Arrived back to the home to replace the primary pump for the client. Removed cover and disconnected the wiring for the floats. Supplied and installed new float and ran all fixtures in the bathroom group to make sure everything is working properly. Everything is up and running properly as it should.

Repair pipe under slab Arrived to home to remove section of slab and replace 2” drainage. We demo slab, removed old cast iron pipe which was very backpitched and also almost completely full towards end of run. Cut out line, used flex shaft to clear out remaining we did not touch. . Line is clear, we replaced with solid core pvc and pitched accordingly. Filled sink multiple times and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. MyGuy is not responsible for replacing concrete that was removed to perform work. I wrapped caution tape around exposed rebar to avoid tripping. MyGuy is not responsible for any slips falls or injuries if someone is to do so around exposed hole.
Arrived to the home, customer had recently had their kitchen faucet installed by a handyman, the install was not correct due to no hot water pressure and the loose faucet. I provided options for replacement and client would like to go with a Moen integra. Supplied and installed brand new Moen integra kitchen faucet. Secured all my connections. Connected water and turned valves on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated stated that they are having a bad smell coming from bathroom on left side of the home and nothing is draining upon inspection found that the main line is backed up if not just that branch line. Recommend pulling toilet and snaking from that point out to the main. Also found while in the crawlspace that the sump pump is no longer operable and needs to be replaced. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with snaking the main line at this time. Pulled toilet and snaked main line sent snake out as far as we could approximately 110’ and ran into a blockage was able to restore flow in the home. Sent down camera and found we are hitting a hard stoppage right out the home indicating some sort of break or separation. recommend installing a cleanout right outside the home required by code to fix problem section of piping and then to further scope the rest of the line to ensure there is no other issues. We had recently arrived to the home due to the float alarm going off for the existing sewer ejector, at the time of that service everything appeared to be working properly. Arrived today due to the alarm going off again. I first ran water to fill the basin, after a few minutes the alarm started to go off. I removed the opening in the lid and discovered that the primary float for the pump is struggling to engage resulting In the alarm going off. Replacement of the part is recommended to prevent the alarm from going off. Will email over quotes to the client for replacement of the primary float.
Arrived to the home, client would like us to winterize the outdoor kitchen for the year. Upon arrival I discovered that the kitchen sink has already been winterized. Reason for this is because the outdoor kitchen is tied into the irrigation system, there is not hot water going to the outdoor kitchen. Customer had the irrigation system already winterized and more so had questions regarding the system.
